5 possible reasons for your unhappiness

5 possible reasons for your unhappiness

1. No discipline -

You don't have discipline in your life, filling it with clutter and unwanted things. If you don't have discipline in your life, it will just go nowhere because you haven't cleared anything. Because of this, the brain gets confused about what to do. It causes slowing down the brain. Due to this habit, the brain can't perform its best.

2. Living without planning -

You are living without any planning. Planning a day can be life-changing. If you are not planning your day, you have no schedule. You may have heard that our brain has a clock of itself. So, if you don't plan your day, the brain cannot assign a specific time for anything. Which makes it unclear; on the other end, our brain doesn't like to be unclear about stuff. It wants to collect as much information about things as possible so that it can help to make future decisions.

3. No Sleeping patterns -

You sleep and wake up at any time of the day. It is scientifically proven that sleeping affects our brain very much. According to reach, a person under 14 needs about 8-9 hours of sleep since they are growing, and an adult needs 7-8 hours of sleep. The preferred time to sleep is suggested to be 10 pm, or 1 am.

4. Not Learning -

Our brain loves to gain knowledge and learn new things. This is because our brain requires as much information about anything. This helps our brain to make future decisions on experiences. If you are not learning anything new, your brain is not growing because your brain changes its shape when it learns something new.

5. Not going out much -

If you are an introvert, you know what I mean. If you don't go out much, your brain is not exploring itself to the outside world. However, because we are social creatures as humans, our evolution has made our brains interact with other humans to form a bond for survival. Though we don't need protection from the wild beast in the unknown, still meeting new people can help us explore new cultures and personalities. It is also found in research that being around greenery improves our creativity.
